I think the return box is on its last legs. It’s very noisy. I had to run IeMs from the console, fixed the problem. Maybe just needs replaced at this point. Equipment ID : Return Box

Long NL4 faulty. Missing top end when noise tested. Marked with blue tape on the connections. Separated and placed in the amps room. Equipment ID : Long NL4
The NL4 loom has another damaged line, this time the #1. There’s a noticeable crack just off one of the pins. On the wedge it means there’s a loss of low and mid range. Equipment ID : 4-way NL4 loom
Fairly sure there is a problem with the input on one of the m4s. It sounds odd, not like a tweeter is gone but just odd, tried the same NL4 with a different cable and it was fine. It’s in the amp room Equipment ID : M4
Send 4 on the analog return multi appears to be faulty. Tried multiple XLR from the same output and it has happened on multiple different gigs so it has to be that. I’ve taped it up. Equipment ID : Analog Return Box
Fader 17 (first of master section) suddenly became unresponsive today. It was on my drum vca, and read -14db despite the physical fader still being at unity. I had to select the vca and turn it back up on the flex channel, and then got an error message on the Read more…

Module 2 dropped out on the desk briefly so I power cycled it, then module 4 dropped out, I noticed the rear of the desk was extremely hot so I switched it off for 20 mins and put a fan on the rear and seemed to solve the issue for Read more…
Per title, channel 4 is 6dB quieter than the rest of the return channels. Equipment ID : ?
I have taped the XLR end of channel 6 on the relevant stage box to indicated no phantom. It may also not deliver any signal, but didn’t get a chance to test this. Equipment ID : ?
Per title, mons desk is laggy. All touch screen interactions, typing, adjusting GEQ, etc takes a second to happen. Metering also lagging. Equipment ID : N/a

Yesterday during sound check, the Avo Sapphire started to have some small issues – the palette windows were dimmed and the touch screen displays were not refreshing.
